By using the Sensory products, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions stated below. The purchaser agrees to read and follow all instructions and warnings in the relevant manual.
It is the sole obligation of the purchaser to ensure that the Sensory telephones are installed, programmed, used and maintained properly. This includes, but is not limited to, regular testing to assure that the phone is in proper working order and ensure that the user understands and is capable of operating the phone.
The liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Sensory Communications be held liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of the product, including failure of equipment to perform or failure to reach a contact, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
Furthermore, Sensory Communications has no obligation to ensure that calls are placed, received or responded to, nor is Sensory Communications responsible for the acts, or consequences of the acts, of those responding.
